Bailey Berg joined the firm in 2024 after earning her J.D. cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law. Her practice focuses on corporate and real estate litigation, probate and trust administration, and estate planning. She also has experience with business and real estate transactions.

While in law school, Bailey served as Finance Director for the Student Bar Association and participated in the Board of Advocates. She received two Jurisprudence Awards, graduated in the top 25% of her class, and took part in a summer study abroad program in Kyoto, Japan, concentrating on international business law.

Before attending law school, Bailey served on active duty in the United States Air Force as a comptroller airman in New Jersey, where she worked in financial management and led team operations. Her military experience supports her practical, team-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.

Originally from Wisconsin, Bailey now lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and remains active in veterans' and community organizations. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors and trying new restaurants in town.
