Jake Greendyk joined the firm in 2023, after practicing with a firm in Lansing. Jake’s practice is mainly focused on business and real estate transactions. He also handles litigation that may arise out of those transactions, such as contract disputes and collection matters. Jake also has experience with trusts, estates, and probate work.

Jake earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey in 2022. While in law school, he was an editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review and interned with the Honorable Curtis J. Bell of the Kalamazoo County Probate Court. Jake graduated cum laude from Montclair State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance.

Originally from New Jersey, Jake relocated to Michigan in 2020. Jake is an active member of his church and enjoys performing in the Kalamazoo Chorus Choir. Along with his wife, Hannah, Jake also enjoys exploring west Michigan, spending time up north, and trying one of Michigan’s many outstanding breweries.
